Tim Moore
A small-time criminal who was frequently employed by Lex Luthor as a henchman. Tim (short for "Timothy") Moore frequently worked with fellow hoods Ted Grand and Nat Tryon as the TNT Trio until Tryon's transformation into the villain called Neutron (Act No. 525/1, Nov 1981: "Neutron Nightmare!").
