A group of costumed criminals wearing suits composed of fabrics that radiate Kryptonite radiation, employed by Lex Luthor when he briefly uses the alias of the Kryptonite Conqueror (SB No. 166/2, Jun 1970: "The Kryptonite Conqueror!").
