A scientist employed by the UBC television network.
Silverstone uses his scientific knowledge to transform several people into Blackrock, a television-themed supervillain, until his efforts are foiled by Superman (Act No. 458/1, Apr 1976: "Make Me a Super-Hero!"; and others).
