"A hold-up artist who frightens his victims with nitro instead of a gun" and who, in October 1963, is apprehended by Clark Kent while attempting to use a vial of nitroglycerine to terrorize a physician at Metropolis General Hospital into handing over valuable radium capsules from the hospital's safe (Act No. 305: "Why Superman Needs a Secret Identity!").
