A company formed by the Prankster in February 1943. Its ostensible purpose is to enable the Prankster "to write letters of appreciation to everyone I admire," but its real purpose is to enable the villain to gain entree to the homes of the wealthy (Act No. 57: "Crime's Comedy King!").
