Metropolis criminal who holds a leadership position in Intergang.
In July 1971 Mannheim kidnaps Jimmy Olsen, the Golden Guardian, and Goody Rickles, force-feeding them a deadly explosive. Due to the efforts of the Guardian, the trio eventually retrieve an antidote and Mannheim and his henchmen are arrested (SPJO No.139: "The Guardian Fights Again"; and SPJO No.141, Sep 1971: "Will the Real Don Rickles Panic?").
