Jay-Ree
A resident of Kandor who, along with his girlfriend Joenne, volunteers to dispose of Gold Kryptonite after a piece of Red Kryptonite is modified by Phantom Zone villains. Jay-Ree and Joenne are successful in aiding Superman but are briefly exposed to the Kryptonite and lose their potential super-powers forever. Though miniature on Earth, Jay-Ree decides to live with the love of his life without super-abilities after briefly residing with Jimmy Olsen (S No. 179, Aug 1965: "The Menace of Gold Kryptonite!).
