Ida Berkowitz
Supergirl's landlady at her Chicago apartment in her secret identity of Linda Danvers. Mrs. Berkowitz is the widow of Chaim Berkowitz, a simple Jewish tailor who was killed by the Nazis during their occupation of Poland during WWII, and the mother of Rachael Berkowitz, who is in reality the cosmically-powered villainess Blackstarr and an enemy of the Girl of Steel (SG2 No. 13, Nov 1983: "Echoes of Time Gone By!"; SG2 No. 14, Dec 1983: "Star Light, Star Bright...Blackstarr Rises Tonight!"; SG2 No. 15, Jan 1984: "Starrfall").
