The secret identity of Blackstarr, enemy of Supergirl. Rachael is the daughter of Chaim Berkowitz, a simple tailor killed during the Nazi oppupation of Poland, and his wife Ida, who is Supergirl's landlady in her identity of Linda Lee Danvers ().
