Dr. Dawson
An alias employed by the Prankster in May-June 1951 when he poses as a philanthropist interested in underwriting a journalism contest for children as part of his elaborate scheme to keep Superman constantly distracted and stymied while he and his henchmen commit a series of spectacular crimes (S No. 70/3: “The Pied Piper Prankster!â€)(TGSB).
