Lucy Regent
An exiled queen from central America who resides in Smallville for a time, and a girl with tremendous athletic abilities, earning her the informal name '"Supergirl", the first time that name is mentioned in Superman's entire career (SB No. 5, Nov/Dec 1949: "Superboy Meets Supergirl!").
