The Strongarm Bandit
A mysterious masked bandit of incredible strength who commits a series of crimes in Metropolis while clad in the costume of a circus strong man. The villain, who turns out to be an unnamed circus clown attempting to throw suspicion on a circus strong man named Herculo, is finaly apprehended by Herculo himself as the result of a clever ruse devised by Clark Kent (Act No.28/1, Sept 1940: "The Strongman Robberies").
